Fraxel Laser

FraxelT Laser Treatment will be performed right in your doctor's office using topical anaesthesia in most cases. If you are having a significant area of your skin treated, we will use pain management to maximise your comfort during the procedure. You will receive a small container of topical anaesthesia with instructions for use prior to treatment. You will need to apply the numbing cream to the area 2 hours prior to treatment. Reapply the cream every 1/2 hour. Do not over use the cream as, if applied too heavily, it can become thick and gelatinous. If the area is off the face, you should apply the cream and cover it with plastic film (like glad-wrap) to prevent the cream rubbing off against your clothes.
